Capturing Timeless Expression

ABOUT
Victoria Anne Cornwell King MA FRSA is a UK based Classical Fine Artist, Academic, Writer & Creative Consultant.
King draws upon her own personal history and life experiences in her work, to develop narratives which also explore aspects of contemporary life in the 21st century. At the same time, she also aims to celebrate key artists, to thereby shed light on their life, history and creations.
King respectfully celebrates the legacy of Master Artists, Vermeer, Botticelli, Massacio, Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, Caravaggio, Artemisia Gentileschi, aiming to perpetuate the traditional methods and techniques these unique artists incorporated within their work.
This then informs her own painting practice to explore a range of Northern and Italian Renaissance Master artists, at a time when new techniques were evolving. coupled with the notion of a new ‘Age of Enlightenment’.
